Created with breastfeeding mothers in mind, but there’s no need to stop once your baby moves onto a bottle or cup.

We don’t recommend adding milk but go where your cravings take you! As each bag contains whole leaves, flowers and fruit pieces, don’t throw it away after one brew. Add water to each bag at least twice to get the most out of the botanicals.
