If your order arrives and it's not quite what you expected, just send it back in unused condition within 30 days for full refund.

If you receive an item that's faulty upon delivery then send us an email and we'll get a new one as quickly as possible.

If you are unhappy with anything at all we'll do our best to sort it out for you, we genuinely want to you be happy with what you purchase from the shop. 

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned. 

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Any  applicable customs charges are  to  be  paid  by  the  customer and  will  not  be  paid  by  ourselves.  If You refuse to pay a customs charge the item will be returned to us, we will refund the price of the item. Outward sipping costs are nonrefundable.
